Creating the Outlook Unread Mail Search folder
The outlook unread mail search folder is a quick and easy way to view all unread mail across all your Outlook mail folders. Any mail message that is read or marked as read from any outlook folder will automatically be removed from this filter for convenience.

This is a tutorial on how to recover the outlook unread mail search folder.
The outlook unread mail folder is a folder that quickly filters and displays only unread messages in outlook.
The outlook unread mail folder is located under the search folders area.
The same outlook unread mail folder is also shown as one of my favorite’s folders – for easy access.
Here is my outlook unread mail folder showing 89 total unread items from all my outlook folders.
I will now deliberately delete the outlook unread mail folder from both my favorites and search folders and show you how to easily re-create them.
Right click, then delete folder, Right click – delete folder.
Now that the outlook unread mail folder has been deleted the simple steps to re-create it are as follows:
Right click search folders – select new search folder.
Unreal mail is already highlighted on top, click ok on the bottom.
As you can see the outlook unread mail search folder has now been re-created.
By simply right clicking the outlook unread mail folder and selecting show in favorites, the outlook unread mail folder is now displayed in your favorites for easy access.
