In the ‘Physical Memory (MB)’ section we are interested in just two numbers; “Total” and “Available”.
In the graphic shown our total memory is 3976 MB – we will round this up to 4000, drop three zeros and call it 4 GB. This is the total amount of physical memory – or RAM in our system.
